Energy Efficiency
R-5 sheathing --- this is a high efficiency foam envelope that is used with stucco application.
(Optional savings -- ask for details) 5 ton, 5 ground loop geothermal system with a high efficiency Climate Master ground source heat pump (this is a requirement in SouthCliffe, but available everywhere else). Energy savings range from 50-70% annually.

Special geothermal bonus. In addition to the savings you will see on your monthly energy bill, the federal government currently has a program that will give you a credit on your income tax your first year in the house. The tax credit is equal to 30% of the total cost of the geothermal (approximately $7000). This is a tax credit, not a deduction. (check with your accountant on how to receive this credit)

We provide 2 hours of designer consultation for interior/exterior selections or furnishing/accessorizing, wherever you need help - from local designer

Doors
8' front door (many styles to choose from) with 3 point locking system. An 8' door without this system will usually fail.

Interior doors - all passage doors are solid core

Cabinetry
Premium Huntwood brand cabinets painted or stained, crown moulding, light rail, toe kicks, full extension soft close drawers throughout the house. Soft close cabinet doors in kitchen. Pulls and handles are always included. Don't settle for less!

Floors
Porcelain tile or real wood engineered hardwood floors. No laminate flooring or vinyl planks here.

Closets
Master bedroom closet - Customizable deluxe closet system (California closet style) by Tri-City Closets. Because you deserve it!

Professional closet systems in all other closets.

Plumbing & Bathrooms
Plumbing that is made to last - Wirsbo fittings (not the crimp style that often fails).

Moen designer series fixtures, brushed nickel -- their deluxe line. Other options available, of course.
